Become a TOC Member

As a collaborative community choir that has been in existence for over 30 years we welcome new members to our "Touch of Class" family. In joining TOC, you will sing and learn along with others in a fun, enthusiastic and supportive environment. You'll gain invaluable experience while you expand your musical abilities and repertoire. You'll perform throughout our community at friendly public venues.

Participants in Touch of Class Choral must be 18 years or older, have some experience with choral singing, the ability to learn the music, a pleasant singing voice, and be willing to commit to weekly rehearsals, culminating in seasonal performances.

Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at St. Andrew Lutheran church, September through April, with concerts in December and May. The spring season and opportunity for new members to join us begins with rehearsal on Monday, January 9, 2012.

TOC member dues are $50.00 per season to help pay our directors, accompanist, rehearsal space, sheet music, and practice CDs, etc. Choir costumes are purchased by each member as well. If these expenses present an extreme financial burden, then we may be able to help, so don't let that keep you from joining our choir (we've never refused anyone membership in our choir for lack of dues).

If you are interested in joining us please send an email with your name, email and contact phone number to Sheryl at cheerfulnotes@gmail.com or contact her at 509-389-7601. Come join us!

Please put "About Membership" in the email subject line to avoid the email going to spam.

This policy is strictly adhered to in all aspects of the operation of the organization, including membership participation, jobs and volunteer opportunities, performance engagements, and selection of vendors and service providers.
